The New Age Movement and spiritualism includes such things as Yoga, contemplative prayer, eastern meditation and other seemingly innocuous practices that are NOT compatible with Christianity. These practices are infiltrating the Christian community, such as Yoga which is being practiced and promoted by women’s groups within churches as just another form of exercise.
Many do not realize the dangers of involving themselves in occultist activities or may not even realize what they are doing. But, by engaging in these activities they are opening themselves up to demonic activity and influence.

The Amazing Facts Ministry recorded a two part interview with Roger Morneau, an author and former spiritualist that escaped the occult/spiritualism/New Age world and wrote a book about his experiences. He has also written several books about prayer and is well known for his intercessory prayer ministry. He has a very interesting story. These two videos are very long, but well worth the time to watch.
